C4 INVESTS HEAVILY IN RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Date: 12.09.05

This month sees the start up of a two and a half year project linked with our local University in Liverpool: John Moores. The project will set up and run C4s' new Research and Development department.

C4 have many new chamber and cover system ideas on the drawing board and this project will enable us to deliver them quickly with a finished product that is optimised for use.

It will give us the ability in house to take these new concepts through CAD design, finite element analysis and rapid prototyping to field testing and on into production with the confidence that such detailed work provides.

Lee Cassidy MEng joins us as Product Design Engineer and he is supported by two of the leading Materials Engineering Professors and full technical resource from the University.

So watch this space for the exciting up and coming new products they will be creating!
