All conforming to EN 124 Standard: Classes A15, B125 or D400. Click

are lightweight and yet match Class B125 loadings!
Covers can be badged to suit your requirements.
Each cover range is available with locking options
for chamber security. In addition we have a range of sub-surface
cover security plates for increased protection and safety.
Finally for cover access we have a range lifting keys.
These covers are designed to sit below the surface mounted cover
and frame or top covers for buried chambers. Frames are bolted
to the STAKKAbox TM,
the bolts are inaccessible once the security plate is in place
when installed they prevent access by un authorised persons in
addition to providing protection to plant in the chamber should
the surface covers be dropped. Locking of the covers is via a
padlock, which is covered by its own protection shroud once fitted.
STAKKAbox™ comes with a base fitted as standard. This finishes
the chamber perfectly! It eliminates the need to finish the floor
on-site whilst keeping out any un-wanted vegetation. A simple
drainage hole can be made into the base to allow water to escape.
We can also provide more elaborate sump bases if required.
Used by the Highways Agency in the UK, these have a 150mm
deep recess at one end which allows for a sump pump to remove
any standing water.
When bringing a duct into the chamber our Bell-mouth or Chamber
Entry Connectors offer a further level of quality finish.
Bell-mouths accept ducts from 89mm to 110mm in outside diameter
and provide a smooth duct end whilst stopping the duct from pushing
into the chamber and restricting access.
Entry Connectors accept HDPE ducts in 32mm, 40mm, 50mm and
63mm diameter. They are a compression fit to both the chamber
wall and the outside of the duct. Duct hole plugs cap off any
drilled holes ready for simple future and duct access.

Cable and Joint Bearer Brackets are hot dip galvanised and
come in a range of lengths. These simply and quickly bolt to
the internal wall of the chamber where required.
Cable Hooks are tough yet flexible plastic hooks which also
fit to the inside chamber wall via a bolt-on bracket. They can
easily be removed from the brackets to enable the cable loop
they hold to be worked upon outside of the chamber.
Wall mounted furniture-fixing bolts. Make retrofitting of Cable Management or steps-simple. Drill a pilot hole & tighten into place, all bolts are correctly sized to suit the STAKKAbox TM and furniture you are using.
For added speed of build on-site and consistency of quality,
we are pleased to offer this service. From pre-drilling duct
entries, fitting steps or cable bearers to complete construction
and packaging of chambers from the factory.
